Life is a journey and an adventure. Some of us have an idea of how we want our life to be and we try out best to fulfill those goals. On the other hand, some of us may not have that clarity and our choices become predominantly shaped by external factors. In either case, as time goes by, we sometimes get carried along a road without an opportunity to examine if it is what we truly want. Without clarity or a re-examination of our life goals, we can find ourselves either simply drifting along without direction and motivation, or on a fast speed train trying to achieve goals at the expense of other aspects of our life.
